NFL season is quickly approaching, which means training camps are in session. Training camps are great for many things: giving fans optimism, generating clickbait, and exposing reporters for not knowing ball.
I was scrolling through Twitter (or X) when I stumbled upon this from reporter Eric Williams.
Nothing special about this clip, right? Just a simple pat and go drill. Well, check the caption because some football hardos certainly did.
This dude is a Nuggets Stan, but he took he knows the difference between a curl and a dig. Ball really is life for Grey.
And the onslaught continued.
That was just a taste of the roasting that Eric Williams received as several others replied and quote tweeted his errant route description. Maybe next practice Williams, or any football reporter for that matter, should bring along this simple graphic so they can avoid the embarrassment.
